How SG Promoters Began

SG Promoters was founded with a vision to deliver high-quality residential and commercial developments built on engineering excellence, transparency, and long-term value. The company is led by two experienced civil engineering professionals who bring together over 30 years of combined expertise in structural design, construction, and project management.

Two civil engineers, thirty years of combined experience, one standard: homes engineered properly, priced honestly, and handed over on the promised date.

Mr. Guna Ganesan

M.Tech (Structural Engineering)

Mr. Guna Ganesan has more than 16 years of professional experience in the construction industry. He established GCON Engineers in 2017, a structural design and project management consultancy that has successfully delivered engineering solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across Tamil Nadu.

Mr. V. Satheesh

B.Tech (Civil Engineering)

Mr. V. Satheesh has more than 16 years of professional experience in the construction industry, with extensive expertise in construction execution, quality control, and project delivery. His experience ensures that every development is completed with precision, reliability, and adherence to quality standards.
